G’day, we’re sorry to hear that you want to return our products. The good news is that we do have a 30-day return policy, which means you have up to 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
As we are dealing with medical supplies, we can’t offer you a return unless your item is in the exact same condition that you received it – unworn, unused and in its original packaging. In other words, if you’ve opened your AMD P2 Respirators and decided to give it a whirl, even though they are individually sealed within the box, we can’t accept the return request if the original box has been opened.
You’ll also need to have your order, receipt or proof of purchase.
Shipping will not be refunded unless the item is faulty. Return shipping will be at the cost of the buyer.

We’ll look at it on a case by case basis and if your return meets the criteria, we’ll be in touch with instruction on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always reach out to us via [email protected] if you’re not sure about anything.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Sending us some photos will definitely help speed up that process.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We’ll let you know once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Our payment gateway is Stripe and while refunds from our end will be instant, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process your refund.
