Shipping Policy

At Australian P2 Mask we use the most reliable and fastest delivery method. We understand that masks are a necessity in the current environment and we truly believe that AMD P2 Respirators are a superior product to many alternatives out there. We want as many people to feel safe and protected when they have to leave the house, that’s why all retail orders above $100 are shipped free of charge, Australia wide.

Delivery Times

As a general guideline, deliveries to most major cities will take 1 to 2 business days, whilst it could take up to 5 business days for more remote areas. We fulfill all orders on our website in 1-2 business days, at which point we rely on a mix of Australia Post, various courier companies and even our own staff will deliver your order if we believe that’s the fastest way to get your order to you.

Note: Areas affected by COVID-19 restrictions may experience delivery delays of an additional 1-3 business days.

Other things to look out for when you place your order: if your address details are incorrect, we will do our best to accommodate any modifications but this may incur a redelivery fee. If you have also given authority to leave goods without a signature, you accept full responsibility if your parcel is lost or stolen from your property.

We currently only deliver within Australia but international options are in the pipeline.
